I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The room on the 14th floor offered a stunning view of the Torrens River and Adelaide Oval. The hotel was refreshingly modern and very clean, but it was a bit noisy facing the road, and sadly, there was no soap provided in the room.

Despite being argumentative at times, the staff were always friendly and very helpful with any information needed about the city. There was a small hiccup with the spa not working, but they were quick to address it.

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The location was great for the Convention Centre and exploring the city, with easy parking, but the cleanliness could have been better, and the pool was not as warm as I'd like. The service was wonderful, but some instructions for elevator etiquette would have been helpful. The dining experience was unappealing, leading me to cancel my upcoming stay. However, I did appreciate the availability of cold meats for early starts.

I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large king bed, but unfortunately, the view was completely blocked by a brick wall. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the ease of parking added to the experience.
